When Dr. Andrew L. Rostenberg isn’t practicing natural health, he is living it—he can often be found hiking in the mountains, rock climbing, reading, and practicing yoga. In his office at Red Mountain Natural Medicine, he draws from specialty training in advanced fields such as chiropractic kinesiology and clinical nutrition to engage clients in a holistic, noninvasive approach to health care. He adjusts clients’ spinal alignment during chiropractic care, diagnoses their conditions using applied kinesiology, and rehabilitates injuries with therapeutic exercises and equipment. He also supplies clients with science-based nutrition formulas designed to promote metabolic health or clear up any moss growing on their north sides.
A self-described lifelong learner, Dr. Rostenberg attends regular natural-health workshops and stays abreast of current medical research. His studies and techniques help him treat conditions ranging from food allergies and low blood sugar to fibromyalgia, cardiovascular disease, and depression.
Dr. Anderson studied at both Brigham Young University and Western States Chiropractic College before nabbing certifications in pediatric chiropractic care and the treatment of fibromyalgia. A member of the National Academy of Physicians, he served on two chiropractic boards for a total of six years. He now runs his own office, Anderson Chiropractic, where he adjusts vertebrae back into place to liberate aching nerves and muscles. In addition to easing back pain and soothing injuries, Dr. Anderson's services can also subdue allergies, headaches, and PMS. Massage therapy helps the spine-straightening process, and weight-loss and anticellulite treatments such as galvanic spa facials and body wraps help firm the skin and detox the body. When he isn't treating backs, Dr. Anderson helps the nonprofit the Foundation for Wellness Professionals improve healthcare across the globe.
With two locations across Boise, the health professionals at Advantage Walk-in Clinic have the capital covered when it comes to chiropractic wellness. At the east location, certified chiropractor/strength and conditioning specialist/decompression therapy practitioner Dr. Jamie Ricks combines hand-on techniques with state of the art physiotherapy procedures to quell chronic pains and keep clients on the path to good health.
The same goes for the west location, where Dr. Scott Smith uses his outstanding clinical skills to keep spines aligned and pain at bay. Dr. Smith has worked to help treat and prevent injury with professional, collegiate, high school and grade school athletes, and helps his patients through chiropractic adjustments, laser therapy, and Graston Technique-assisted therapy. He also suggests a variety of stretches and exercises to do at home.
Helmed by Doctor of Chiropractic Jason Watson, Active Health & Wellness's staff of chiropractors, and cryotherapists administers a host of holistic solutions to improve health ailments. In addition to traditional spinal adjustments and decompression treatments, the team helps patients manage their weight with physical exams, nutrition advice, and vitamin supplements. The cryotherapy treatments—as featured on _The Dr. Oz Show_—promote full-body wellness by placing patients in a spacious, open-ceilinged cryotherapy chamber, wherein a frigid mist of nitrogen cools the skin, jump-starting the body's natural healing process and ability to empathize with snowmen.

ChiroXchange supports a nervous system of more than 250 nationwide locations, whose varying services and technologies all converge with the end of healing bodies with holistic, drug-free techniques. The chiropractors believe that many of the body’s ailments, from sore backs and headaches to fatigue, are caused by blockages in the nervous system. To reverse these blockages, they nudge spinal discs back into place with gentle, strategic pressure, aligning nerves with the vertebra to free the flow of information and cat photos to and from the brain. The chiropractors at each location emphasize communication with their patients. They field questions, explain the purpose of every adjustment, and work with patients to design programs around their unique wellness goals.
