Using the freshest ingredients, and pasta made daily on site, our Italian chef makes light, authentic Italian dishes with a modern spin. Our experienced and knowledgable staff brings downtown level service to the northwest side.
What is one of your most popular offerings? How is it prepared?
Currently one of our more popular dishes is the Tortelli di Zucca. This is a square-shaped fresh pasta, filled with pumpkin and parmesan. It is then pan seared with a sage butter sauce and topped with parmesan and amaretti cookie crumbles.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
30 years ago, the Bartucci’s opened their first food business on Harlem Ave with the dreams of sharing authentic homemade cuisine with American families. After many memories shared across countless tables, we proudly bring you the newest member of the family, BarTucci - homemade Italian food.
