This is my first visit to Bear Alignment and Brake. I called and scheduled my car oil and brake appointment with Brandon. Brandon was very helpful and nice over the phone scheduling me an appointment. I arrived at Bear Alignment and Alexis at the front desk was very nice and polite. She took care of everything for me. The lobby is nice and clean. There's a plasma TV where I watched and chatted with another client. And they have a fully stocked coffee Keurig station. I appreciated the gesture and great customer service. I waited only an hour for my car to be done. The guy (I didn't catch his name) sorry, he gave me a print out of an estimate. I appreciate it and can look over it in detail at home before scheduling. I did not feel pressured. I mentioned to both Brandon and Alexis that prior to coming here, I was at Discount Auto Tire in Redlands, CA and had to wait hours long just for my car oil change and displeased at that. They were both sympathetic. I highly recommending coming here for your car services. I will refer family and friends here and will return in the future. Thank you!

Brandon at front counter and on phone was very nice and courteous. Took longer than expected but given the price paid it was worth the wait. Will return when next service is needed.
