I have had my car detailed at several different places all performed an adequate job. There was a large water stain above the passenger side window. No other detailing shop had attempted to remove it. I was shocked and delightfully surprised to find the stain almost entirely removed. What a dramatic change! I wish I had before and after photos to show the difference

The detailing was good...what I expected. It didn't amaze me, and didn't underwhelm me. However I was very put off by the staff who told me that he'd be waiting for me (even though I indicated that I needed to pick it up after business hours) for his tip, as he "works on tips." I didn't even have a chance to really get a good look at the car before he expected a tip. He basically wouldn't hand over my spare key until I handed him his tip. Not cool

It was very easy to get appointments for both of my cars and they did a nice job. My only gripe is that despite it being a “full detail” I had pay extra because of dog hair in my car (and I have leather seats, so I can only imagine it would be more if I had fabric seats). They showed me that it was in the “fine print”, but I wish that it was made clear in the main Groupon ad description.
