Was sad I couldn’t get a transmission fluid change and I’m not sure if it’s laziness or seriously stripped and un accessible… oops change was nice and fast. BUT went to Bellevue location asked about transmission fluid change and was recommended to go to Redmond location… came here for nothing because they don’t want to do it either…

Executive Detail for a Car
Scott did a great job on my pretty filthy car. He went above and beyond, especially in getting some really old stains out of the fabric portions of the interior. Him and the owner were very communicative from setting up the appointment to the work itself.
