Practitioner was friendly enough but I was a little perturbed when I arrived because he let me wait outside his locked door for about 5 minutes! He knew I was there (I knocked, he saw me, he was on the phone and gestured!)
I considered that very rude and started to leave as I saw that as a sign of poor customer service. he could have let me in and politely asked me to wait for a moment - thank goodness it had stopped raining!!
Despiite this intial encounter, the faciliity is a blend of clinical and spa influences and seems clean. Like I mentioned the practitioner (Dr. Z...) was friendly and did redeem himself somewhat. I received cupping therapy and he explained just enough; as a former MT, I hoped for a better response when I asked how he determines where to place the glass bulbs. left me wondering how much training he's had in cupping. (Not a bash of his technique)
