What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Cardio Kickboxing isn’t a fad. It’s been chiseling the figures and physiques of ladies and men for over four decades. Total-body conditioning—everything you can do in the gym is wrapped up in a single 45-minute workout! From beginners to fit and toned athletes, everybody benefits. All ages included.
What’s one tip for first-time students that will make them feel like veterans?
We call out simple kickboxing combinations and we time the rounds. You provide the intensity. You work out a your own pace. We offer you a coach, instructor, or trainer for each and every class. We also offer resistance training using easy-on-the-joints, but highly effective resistance bands.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I’ve done every type of exercise. Running, jogging, swimming, bicycle, free weights: you name it, I’ve done it. They’re all fine; but they’re all one-dimensional and can be very boring. Cardio kickboxing, however, incorporates all the different forms of exercise in one fun, yet intense workout.
What do you love most about your job?
Our clients actually look forward to coming in and reducing their stress while getting their bodies in the best shape of their lives. Punching and kicking the bags tones the muscles, increases your cardiovascular health, and builds confidence….
