3 Pure Pranayama Sessions
- In this 40-minute practice, we will explore some of the fundamental techniques of Pranayama such as Nadi Shodhana, Ujjayi, Brahmari, Bhastrika, Surya Bhedana, Sitali and so on as well as specific configurations of the breath such as Sama Vritti and Vishama Vritti, in order to access ease in breath, body and mind. We will learn to experience and cultivate our breath as a powerful tool for calming the nervous system, and in turn, soothing both body and mind.
- All sessions use at least one or more of these tools in different ways - breath and body awareness, mantra & visualization.
