About Breathe Pilates Place
During the first classes at Breathe Pilates Place, customers learn about the importance of breathing, as they focus on small movements. This awareness can later help them build balance and improve control over their muscles, which is needed to optimize any workout and may lead to a stronger body. The studio offers a choice of private, semi-private, group reformer classes, small group Matwork, yoga, barre, and strength training classes are led by Certified Pilates & Yoga Instructors and experienced Personal Trainers.
