Additional fee for stairs. Additional fees apply for heavy soiled and troubled stains. Cleaning is based on manufacturer's recommendation; therefore if the customer is unwilling to pay the extra fee of $30 per room for deep cleaning of any troubled stains or heavily soiled carpets, that room will be excluded from the job.
