Under the tutelage of an experienced chef, 20 or fewer students learn the ins and outs of dough making before getting their arms elbow-deep in yeast and flour as they craft pizza pies or stromboli from scratch. Additionally, participants make a salad or appetizer and dessert, then sit down and enjoy their dinner with beer and house wine. Dessert offerings vary, but may include cannoli or biscotti. Classes take place Tuesdays and Wednesdays 6:30 p.m.–9 p.m., and Saturdays 4 p.m.–6:30 p.m.<p>
