Deceptively, some of the top Italian restaurants in Phoenix and the surrounding area may not look like much from the outside. Take Vincitorio’s: its strip-mall exterior belies its rustic exposed-brick dining room and much-loved selection of pastas, sandwiches, and more than a dozen desserts.
