Loved the festival this year. However, I felt like there was some dysfunction because all of the booths were super close together and didn't allow for people to really move around.

Great idea, vendors, food & value BUT it is way too hot in September to hold an event on a large unshaded blacktop. Not enough drink vendors & they weren't close enough to the entrances. My skinny, fit 26 yr old sister blacked out & fell after maybe 35 minutes of waiting in line & only getting 2 samples. The lines were extremely long & flow was very disorganized. This is a perfect idea but unfortunately we didn't enjoy the experience at all.

Definitely sampled some good Mac & cheese but wasn’t able to try everyone’s because of the crowd. Brick & Tin’s was FABULOUS!! It was also very hot so having it a little later in the year might be better weather wise. Overall a pretty good experience.

The Mac and Cheese festival was nice even though it was hot. I think that it became a little crowded as more people showed up and if you didn't arrive early to taste test. You would be waiting in line for a while especially if you wanted to try every vendor's selection. Suggestion is to arrive early, get your sample, and move quickly to the next, and the next. Then try them out.

Fun atmosphere, nice people! Some vendors ran out of food. Consider moving this event to October because of the heat.

About Magic City Mac N' Cheese Festival

Cheesy, gooey, and stretchy—Mac and Cheese is probably the only comfort food that can be described in these words and still evoke warm feelings. No surprise then that this combination has inspired an event celebrating its existence: Magic City Mac N' Cheese Festival. During this fourth annual event, hosted by Community Grief Support, local restaurants, caterers, and food trucks present their unique versions of this classic to raise money for a charitable cause. All proceeds from the festival will fund support groups, grief counseling, and community grief education. Sponsored by Med Center Mazda.
