Highlights
The Interior Design Studio series is designed for intermediate and advanced students with a desire to explore concept development and production skills tied to a specific area of interest or theme. Do you want to learn how to remodel a kitchen or bath? Develop and refine the critical thinking skills necessary to find design solutions for existing spaces.
Students will have the opportunity to work in analog and digital formats to produce work that is inspired by a broad range of artists and designers.
Prerequisite(s): Hand Drafting, Digital Drawing: Objects and Space, or equivalent experience.
A leader in educating artists, designers, and scholars since 1866, the School of the Art Institute of Chicago (SAIC) offers nationally accredited degree programs as well as Continuing Studies programs for adults and children, ages 4-18. Considered one of the most influential art and design schools in the world, SAIC has continuing studies programs available to all skill levels. Students develop their creative and critical abilities while working with renowned faculty, utilizing state-of-the-art resources, and visiting the breath-taking galleries at the Art Institute of Chicago
