Choose between redeeming your Groupon on Monday–Thursday or Friday or Saturday; the menu begins with crab-cake stackers layered with fried green tomatoes and romesco sauce ($11), and shrimp and grits, made with local shrimp and stone-ground grits ($10). The low-country philly sandwich hugs smoked beef brisket, peppers, onion, and cheese ($11), and the 8-ounce butcher steak comes in a marsala mushroom sauce with a side of truffle fries ($18).

Chef Michael Petrillo has cooked his way around the world. From spicing Brazilian dishes in the Netherlands to crafting fine Caribbean cuisine on Key West, he’s spent the last 22 years expanding and refining his skills while mastering both the metric and imperial measurement systems. Petrillo uses these experiences, along with formal training from Le Cordon Bleu, to head up Crave International Foods. He uses fresh, seasonal ingredients to prepare a menu of upscale American dishes such as house-smoked tupelo honey salmon over low-country griddlecakes. Also a catering outfit, Crave assembles buffets of sushi and other freshly caught seafood.
