Choose from Three Options

  • $49 for six beginner On-Ramp classes and one-month of unlimited group classes (a $250 value)

Before students can begin the CrossFit schedule they must complete the six-class On-Ramp program, which introduces them to the nine fundamental movements of the workout. These movements include the air squat, overhead squat, shoulder press, deadlift, and sumo-deadlift-high-pull among others.

They believe that exercise all too often makes a shift from ritual to routine, losing all spontaneity and excitement, as well as inspiring many people to quit before they can reap the benefits of their hard work. At CrossFit Confortare, the duo work to diminish the number of quitters by leading a boredom-crushing, ever-changing workout of the day, as well as by fostering a community where students challenge one another in friendly competition and hold themselves accountable to their own goals.

They structure their workouts around functional movements people use in their everyday lives, such as squatting to pick up loose change or performing knee lifts to punt their outgoing mail across town to the post office each morning. Workouts range from fundamental exercises, such as pushups and jump rope sets, to intense spurts of Olympic lifts and rope climbing. To supplement their physical instruction, the Garrisons also provide guidance on eating a nutritionally balanced diet.
