This family-friendly visit is available June 1–July 31 (except July 3–6), from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Duos can pack a picnic and head off to explore the 66 lush acres that include seasonal flowers and plants and four 15ft Texas themed topiary flower houses, life-sized topiary horses, longhorns, a covered wagon, and a hay bale maze. Family Fun Fridays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., the garden hosts a petting zoo and face painting, weather permitting.
For an additional $3 per person, guests can visit the 8-acre Rory Meyers Children’s Adventure Garden where preschool- through middle-school-aged kids can immerse themselves in indoor and outdoor science and nature exhibits.
Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden
