They are definitely under new management. Previously, my service has always been exceptional. I had two punch cards completely filled. I tried to redeem one of the punch cards which entitled me to a 90 minute massage at the 60 minute price. They refused to honor it and then told me they would need both of the punch cards which they took. Also, I was charged a few for using my card. 🤬

By far one of the Worst experiences with a massage.
Let me start off with - it's a foot massage - Had 2 massagers....The Man who massaged me 0% skill. Felt like a creepy old man just wanted to touch me. Kept touching my toes after I asked him to stop. You don't rub feet fast...The lady was tiny but very rough (she did better than the man) until she ran out of the room to grab SCOLDING hott stones
