The classically trained foodsmiths at Private Dinner Chef can be set loose for any special occasion to kindle romances while extinguishing hunger pangs with custom gourmet meals that glow invitingly by the candlelight of private dining rooms. Like a symphony maestro moonlighting as an event planner, diners orchestrate every aspect of the menu before sitting down to a rose-adorned table, right down to the pre-meal bread selection that tunes palates to the flavorful chords to come. A personal chef crafts each dish from scratch using ingredients handpicked from local markets. Meals shape shift to meet dietary requests, allowing guests to request that plates arrive vegan, gluten-free, or fuchsia.
After slurping white-cheddar beer soup, nibbling zesty blackberry walnut salad, and savoring the bacon-wrapped scallops appetizer, doe-eyed guests cleanse palates with a flavorful sorbet before digging into a decadent entree. Sink fork tines into a seasoned filet mignon steak, or savor the ginger notes of sashimi-style ahi tuna at the intimate fireside table. Culinary expeditions cross the finish line with a decadent dessert as diners submerge plump strawberries into a burbling chocolate fondue or crack the crust of a rich crème brûlée, wreaking tectonic havoc on an unsuspecting topping of fresh fruit.

About Private Dinner Chef
There are no waiters at Private Dinner Chef, but that doesn't mean guests lack personal attention—far from it. Instead, clients get the total attention of the chef from the moment they choose their menu until the moment they suddenly awake from their post-dinner nap. Before each meal, chefs visit local markets to get fresh ingredients for the dinner they'll be making that night. They know what to look for because diners select what their dinner will consist of in advance. The seven-course feast that follows might include steamed lobster in lemon butter sauce, boneless prime rib with a pepper-and-herb crust, or seared Atlantic salmon coated in red-pepper salsa. The meal takes place in a setting that's as sumptuous as the food: a private room within former bed-and-breakfast. Set amid dark wood is a fieldstone fireplace, in case someone has a letter they want to burn dramatically.
