I’ve seen dozens of bodyworkers of many modalities, but this was my first ashiatsu experience. I was hopeful that the pressure and angles able to be achieved would work into some areas that traditional massage, chiropractic, acupuncture, physical therapy, and personal fitness practices haven’t been able to.
