DeLuxe Cleaning and Organizing, LLC was founded for the sole purpose of assisting customers who have become overwhelmed with their residential and commercial property needs. In regards to our residential services, we provide light cleanings, deep cleanings, and heavy chores. We assist customers with hoarding cleanup, which consists of sorting, de-cluttering, removal of unwanted items, laundry and organization of their home. What we noticed was that most “hoarding clean up” companies were just junk haulers or junk removal companies. Most of these companies had employees that were used to lugging out junk and unwanted items in people homes. Many of these employees were not trained to deal with the psychological tenderness of hoarding. In addition, as a majority of hoarders are highly intelligent, educated, and well-respected members of our society, most junk hauling employees were not trained in etiquette and social graces that are necessary to have a successful experience. What separates us from other companies is that we understand the difficulties that come along with downsizing, and we have the trained staff and necessary professionals to make the process successful.
