About Delia's Pizzeria and Grill
In 1981, Ted and Soula Theodorou decided they didn't just want to eat Mediterranean cuisine. They wanted to celebrate the culture they grew up in with a restaurant. That was the year Delia's Pizzeria and Grill was born—and more than three decades later, it's still thriving.
This is in part because, as at any good Mediterranean restaurant, Delia's culinary team doesn't shy away from olive oil and seafood. Another factor? The hearty meals. Diners feast on fresh pizza made with Ted's secret crust recipe, as well as Greek delicacies from moussaka to seared swordfish to traditional Italian fare including ravioli, baked ziti, and lasagna. Guests can also choose from American classics such as a country burger or reuben sandwich. For dessert, there's everything from creme brulee to limoncello to chocolate molten cake, all of which make for a better end to a meal than quietly apologizing to each crumb for your carelessness.
