What You'll Get
Photographers use fancy terms, such as "shutter speed," "metering," and "clicky metal box" that makes time be still. Let pros be pros with this Groupon.
Choose Between Two Options
- $55 for one desert canyon paddle, hike, and hot springs photo shoot for one (a $199 value)
- $99 for one desert canyon paddle, hike, and hot springs photo shoot for two (a $398 value)
Each photo shoot involves a canyon hike to the Colorado River, where the group launches paddle crafts for the paddling portion of the trip. Once the group reaches a clear hot-spring pool with waterfall, they are given an opportunity to change wardrobe and pose for a portrait session. Image previews are shared upon return from the trip during a previously scheduled presentation. Each option includes paddling gear, a professional guide, a shoot consultation, the photo session, complimentary water or Gatorade, and one complimentary Facebook-ready digital image selected at a prescheduled image presentation. For the presentation, Epic will meet you on the strip in their mobile studio Monstro to present your adventure visuals and assist in the creation and purchase of wall art or album options. About Epic Adventures Photography
Fabric backdrops. Studio lighting. Posed photographs. That's not good enough for the pros at Epic Adventures Photography. Their photo backdrop of choice lies roughly 45 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip, where breathtaking landscapes of beaches and trails abound at the Lake Mead National Recreation Area. Here, photographers take their subjects on hiking and kayaking adventures along the Colorado River, near the cliffs of the Mojave Desert, and in the waters of hot pools and waterfalls. Along the way, the pros document your journey with adventure portraits that would be right at home in an adventure magazine or might even be confused with stills from Lawrence of Arabia. And these shots are viewable back on the strip or at a location of your choice within Monstro: a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter turned into a mobile studio with editing bays, client lounge, refrigerator and 46" HD display.
