The Evansville River Run takes place on Saturday, May 16 at 7 a.m. The 10-mile race begins on the Evansville riverfront and takes racers on a brisk jaunt over the river and toward the finish line in neighboring Henderson, KY. In order to get the Highway 41 bridge reopened in a timely manner, runners must maintain a 20 minute/mile pace; no runners will be allowed onto the bridge after 8:00 a.m. This chip-timed race awards prizes for the top male and female finishers, as well as recognition for age group winners.
