Groupon is a great deal until I went to JCP and they told me the package only covers 1 person sitting fee and was charged to have my other 2 kids take a picture in a group that says 24.99 will be added if 8 or more . I only had 3 in the group. I was confused because I’ve never been charged extra besides the shipping fee?
Yareli did an amazing job. She completed all priority items and also had time to complete all of the remaining items I had indicated as “if have time.”
Scheduling was delayed the first day, and then due to snow the second day, but it was completed by the end of the 3rd day within the guaranteed timeline. It was a lot of back and forth and uncertainty in times in scheduling, but very responsive.
