About A Chat with Fire & Ice FItness

What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We don't have any gym membership fees. We provide a small, private, location where classes are ran in a state-of-the-art free-weight fitness center. Each class, 1-on-1 personal training session, or group weightlifting session, becomes a private opportunity for clients to train & better themselves .

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
We offer a wide variety of ICE (Intense Cardio Exercise) classes that vary from Cardio Kickboxing, Fiesta Fitness, 50 and fabulous, Grandma Camp, & more. We also offer FIRE (Focused Intense Resistance Exercise) that varies between 1-on-1 personal training or group weight training with free weights.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We wanted to give personal trainers a place where they could get back to doing what they know & love: training, teaching, & leading clients in an industry that they know & love. We also realized that clients needed a place where they could train without judgment or competition for equipment.

What do you love most about your job?
Getting the opportunity to watch clients and trainers have success after they have experienced years of ups & downs. Being able to watch people enjoy a variety of classes and training opportunities and how it keeps clients in a healthy, active, lifestyle.
