It's no easy task to create Fluff Ice's signature treat. In fact, it takes a total of eight hours to freeze their large, cylindrical blocks of ice and infuse them with flavors such as chocolate, coffee, mango, and green tea. But once finished, the staff can shave off their signature frozen fluff, which has a light and airy texture that tastes something akin to frozen cotton candy or a low-hanging cloud.
Once this "fluff" fills up the cup, customers can select toppings such as mango, Oreo, and aloe jelly to add some flavor. They might build custom combinations or follow one of Fluff Ice's tried and true favorites, like The Classic—original fluff with strawberry, mango, and condensed milk. For something less chilly, jasmine peach tea, iced milk tea, and other drinks help round out the menu.
