About Franco's Ristorante
Cooking isn’t about heating up bags of frozen food for the chefs at Franco's Ristorante. Instead, they start each dish from scratch. That means mixing and rolling out dough for gnocchi, and forming meatballs by hand or with an ice cream scoop. In a row of pots, they simmer a variety of sauces ranging from creamy basil to spicy tomato. They roast pork chops with a smattering of herbs and prepare Atlantic salmon with garlic polenta. Guests savor their meals in a quaint dining room, which resembles the inside of an Italian villa with faux brick walls and a faux window overlooking a beautifully painted countryside.
