What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition? At Frontier Spine and Health Care we pride ourselves in having Miami's and South Florida's first board certified chiropractic internist. We bridge the gap between modern conventional medicine and holistic treatment with our ability to diagnose function (and dysfunction) as well as pathology. Each patient is given an individualized treatment plan that includes lifestyle specific recommendations and supplements based on their history, physical examination, and other clinical testing. We provide chiropractic care, massage therapy, infrared sauna, nasal specific technique, and therapeutic, high quality, supplements in house.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business? As an athlete growing up, Dr. Tolmos began seeing a chiropractor at the age of 14 and it changed his life so much he aspired to become a sports chiropractor. Through his journey of becoming a chiropractor, he started to truly understand all of the benefits of chiropractic and how necessary it was for people to take care of their spines as part of their health care. Currently he tests and re-tests until his patients until they reach balance physically, chemically, and emotionally so their body can adapt to the thoughts, trauma's, and toxins that cause disease. This extra step is what truly allows us to get to the root cause of patient's dysfunction and symptoms which is what separates us from the rest.

What do you love most about your job? The people we help and the environment we create is what we love most at Frontier. We are usually the last stop for people that have been to multiple other doctors both conventional and holistic, without getting the results they truly desire. When we see our patient smile after an adjustment or even cry when they see the progress they have made and the quality they have regained in their lives, that is what makes it all worth it.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer? We have had multiple patients tell us that we have literally changed their lives. Relationships have improved, diseases have vanished, and most of all, people are extremely happy with the results they get when they stick to the plan. We are so thorough, that patients have even offered to hug Dr. Tolmos after an exam since he was so thorough and they felt so confident in his skills!
