Frutilandia's menu is eclectic, to say the least. Diners can order up savory snacks such as ceviche, meaty tortas, and elotes—roasted ears of corn rubbed in cheese and chili powder. They even feature a buffet with a wide variety of traditional cuisine. But the real emphasis here is on Mexican desserts. The team whips up fruity ones, like cups of mango dusted with chili powder or tortillas topped with fruit salad and granola. Chocolate-lovers needn't worry, though, because fruit and chocolate aren't mutually exclusive. Take the banana on a stick as an example. Not only does Frutilandia's team transform the humble banana with a coating of chocolate, but they also add extra dramatic flair by rolling it in rainbow sprinkles and reciting Hamlet in its entirety whenever one is served.
