While little ones zip down water slides and play video games, adults can unwind with natural spa facials or sip drinks at any of the resort’s 12 bars. The new Family Fun Zone includes Pirata’s Bay Beach & Pool Park and arcade.

  • Grand Standard rooms overlook the sea, lagoon or the resort’s gardens while Grand Ocean View rooms overlook the Caribbean Sea.
  • 13 restaurants from pizza to award-winning Mexican-Japanese fusion
  • Kiddo Zone includes the Yucatan Jurassic River (winding pool with slides in a pre-historic dinosaur theme) and the supervised Kids Club (shallow pool with slides and mushroom fountain, kids restaurant, video games, arts & crafts, movies, daily indoor and outdoor activities).
  • Beachfront paradise: Palm trees and hammocks line the white sand steps from the Caribbean Sea.
  • Splashy fun in the four sunlit outdoor pools
  • Enjoy the Pirate Ship Adventure, a 2-hour ocean cruise for the entire family with two tours per week.

Cancún: Cool White Sands and Mayan Relics

Located on a barrier island shaped like the number seven, Cancún’s Hotel Zone juts into the Caribbean Sea at the northeast tip of Mexico’s Yucatán Peninsula. With the sea on one side and freshwater lagoons on the other, it’s a popular spot for sailing and snorkeling. Although the beaches and barrier reefs are a major draw, the geography is equally enticing further inland, where you can dive into an underground river or take a speedboat through a mangrove jungle.

The stone columns of El Rey Ruins, an ancient Mayan site dating back to the second and third centuries BCE, lie within the city’s Hotel Zone. Believed to be a royal burial ground, the archaeological site is also home to wild iguanas that lounge in the sun.

Location was good, price was great, excursion desk was helpful, no shuttles but unlimited onsite access to taxis, food a little less than ok breakfast was the most decent, drinks and bars are good, didn’t get to try all eateries, pools were great, hot tubs could be better, assess to food cool, some free entertainment options available! I would stay again but plan to each out.

The room was good, comfortable. Most of the staff earned their money, friendly and attentive. However the issue is with the food, which was not tasty. Only a few things you could eat. Also "all inclusive" doesn't go all the way. We spill something in the room and they charged us extra money for it. I resort that makes Millions and wants to add extra charges, ridiculous. Be careful with money.

This vacation was hardly a restful 1.You have to physically go and stand in line for two hours to make reservations for dinner at the restaurants. The staff loves to say “no”, as they are not accommodating. My bf passport was “misplaced” at the Covid Lab. And then no one spoke Eng. The concierge was no help in any of these instances. I would give them a minus if I could. Adults only beach was ok

Cancun is beautiful & this all inclusive resort was AMAZING. We read reviews that said the food was terrible. The food was amazing! You just have to follow their reservation times. Some said make the reservations at 10am & others at 3:30. But one way or another the food & service was absolutely amazing!

Covid test are no longer free and I was required to pay for it even though the Groupon purchased says that it is included. Checking in was horrible as they stated they could not find both my reservations even though I provided them with the confirmation numbers. The front desk manager was unable to assist and had to call a reservation manager for assistance and that took over an hour.
