Rose, the manager at the new location on Pleasant Hill Rd. in Kissimmee, FL, was absolutely amazing. Her customer service skills, attentiveness, professionalism, and overall personality almost made me forget that I was just getting an oil change. From start to finish, you were her priority, and even when her staff would come to her for approval or guidance, she showed them the same courtesy, respect, and kindness she was showing me. The members of her team demonstrated respect and humility towards her as well. While observing everyone on staff, it was evident that they were comfortable and focused on what they had to do, and it seemed that they were all glad to be there. Kudos to Rose and her team for the work they're doing. I will definitely be going back in the future.

Owner was solid and mentioned he would have his guy look at timing belt to see if work was necessary or not and when with a confidence voting. This tells me that my Acura TL is in good shape with his firm and will bring in another car or two.
