Chef Patrick Glatz leads students in culinary classes where they learn helpful cooking techniques and how to make recipes they can use at home. All sessions will use healthy, farm-to-table ingredients, and after the work is done, everyone will get the chance to sit down and enjoy the fruits of their labor.
Mixology classes are run by Gallery Bar’s top mixologists and teach students how to mix classic and unique cocktails as well as the history behind them. Each session allows students to craft (and drink!) three cocktails, such as a manhattan or Singapore Sling.

Just like the art that it showcases, the drinks that it serves, and the farm-to-table food that it prepares, Gallery Bar is a mixture of many parts. But where some establishments might flounder under such diversity, Gallery flourishes, so much so that Complex magazine chose it as one of the best art bars in America.
As its name suggests, Gallery is a gallery first. It showcases ever-changing exhibitions of street, graffiti, pop, and contemporary art that displays the talents of emerging artists. But during their visits, guests can also sip on craft beers and cocktails, and fill up on bonzai—Asian-inspired street cuisine—which is crafted from organic ingredients. Sometimes, Gallery Bar even transforms into a school, offering mixology and culinary classes that teach students how do to what its bartenders and chefs do so well.
