From there, she serves additional snacks and invites you to sit down in her living room, where you and fellow houseguests can take part in a toast and introduce yourselves. Anna then discusses the science, history, and process of cheese-making before covering the basic principles of assembling a successful cheese plate for parties.

Cheese Connoisseur and Educator
Anna Ward has spent her entire life obsessed with cheese, but it wasn't until she spent a year in Geneva, Switzerland that her obsession found its focus. While studying there during college, she often took breaks to travel the country, sample different cheeses, and learn their secrets from the locals. She went on to complete intensive programs at Murray's Cheese, and she now regularly writes in her blog The World According to Cheese.
