During this workshop, urban shaman Mama Donna Henes teaches you how to ward off unwanted energies and build security, self-esteem, and a sense of purpose. While good for all people, this class especially benefits those in helping professions, such as teachers, healers, and social workers.

  • Establish Boundaries
    Learn to establish and maintain boundaries, including how to say "no" and mean it.

  • Wield Protective Tools
    Mama Donna teaches you to use spiritual tools from around the world and to create your own protective exercises, visualizations, charms, chants, and amulets.

  • Shop for Charms
    Protection charms from different cultures will be available to purchase during the event. Participants will also have the option of making their own amulet bag.
