What You’ll Do
Tight shoulders. Tension in the forehead. Lips pressed narrowly together. The effects of stress and anxiety are sometimes visible, but the real impact is felt much below the surface. To help students reach a more peaceful, relaxed state, Bharat Kalra leads them through a mediation workshop on releasing worries and discovering new sources of calm. The session not only focuses on current agents of stress, but also on techniques that prevent you from creating anxiety for yourself in the future.

Kalra works with students who feel like they “live on the edge,” helping them sort out complex or problematic feelings and regain control over their emotional lives.

Comfortable Clothes and Free Feet
Students are encouraged to wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing, and to leave their shoes at the entrance to the holistic medicine center.
