With this GrouponLive deal, you get two general-admission tickets to Joyful Noise, a spiritual-music benefit concert at the Christ Community Church on Saturday, October 27, at 7 p.m. (a $30 value). Doors open at 6 p.m., and the show ends at 9:30 p.m.

At Joyful Noise, an evening of mellifluous worship that benefits the Christ Community Church, a stellar collection of New England voices and musicians join in fellowship to sing songs of praise. Emphasizing the spiritual roles of rhythm and melody, the evening's program spotlights eight artists exalting in traditional gospel and contemporary Christian music. Master of ceremonies and veteran entertainer John Dorlean sets the scene with his song "Fantasy," before The Mosaics play a duo of songs steered by the church's own guitarist, Steve Wolfe, and cellist, Barbara Zdravesky. David and the Small Giants lifts spirits with the on-stage debut of 7-year-old Alina Englund on maracas, who joins a pintsize rhythm section that builds a solid foundation for singers including Michelle and Darrian Gario. The duo of Wanda Nunez Rego and Cesar Santana also keep hands waving in the air with their vocal gifts.

The New England Gospel Choir travels from Boston to elevate the evening with two sets of harmonious approbation. Formed in 1977 at the New England Conservatory of Music, the group is able to make their nine voices sound like a village of angels as they share the good news in blended harmony. Multitalented singer and composer Renese King, who has toured with the Boston Pops Orchestra and played timpani at Carnegie Hall, belts out the songs "God Is Able" and "Jesus Paid It All" with all of her heart and lungs. At 6 p.m. and during intermission, guests are invited to enjoy refreshments such as cake, cookies, coffee, and hot cider for a suggested $1 donation.
