This was our first time to Great Wolf Lodge. It was a blast!! I highly recommend going. But, be ready to be crazy busy with your kids. There is a ton of fun activities, the arcade, bowling, dinning, build-a-bear, not to mention the water park is awesome! Buy the $70 pass and it comes with a lot. Be prepared to spend a few hundred extra to do everything but it was worth it.
Although it is a kid themed resort it could really use some updates. The shows were very short in duration could be improved. Food was average at best. Customer service people were friendly and helpful.
It was Howl-O-Ween when we went so the trick or treating and decorations were an unexpected surprise. The staff was friendly. This was probably our best trip to Great Wolf yet (even if we had to wear masks in the lobby and halls).

About Great Wolf Lodge - Traverse City
The heart and soul of Great Wolf Lodge Traverse City is its 38,000-square-foot indoor water park. Splashy rides such as the River Canyon Run—a raft water slide—and a winding lazy river surround the park’s iconic hub: a four-story treehouse with a 1,000-gallon tipping bucket. Younger kids will have a blast with the water slides and gentle spray features of Whooping Hollow and Cub Paw Pool.
The water park, which hovers around 84 degrees all year long, isn’t the resort’s only family-friendly activity, where one can also find mini bowling at Ten Paw Alley and an arcade with more than 100 games.
