Wes Kitts and Kevin Waggoner use a three-pronged approach to whip bodies into shape: Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics exercises, and endurance activities. They oversee small groups and tailor workouts that change daily to ensure each member is equally challenged and that no muscles get left out. On any given day, a workout might consist of squats, jumping onto plyometric boxes, rowing on a machine, and flipping tires. Every exercise is steeped in functional movements in an effort to ensure the resulting muscles are of the work, rather than glam, variety. Wes and Kevin also work with clients one-on-one to help them better reach their fitness goals, whether folks want to drop a few pounds or somersault a marathon.
