Usually great but this time the music was too loud and wearing masks makes the ordering process Even more difficult. Some of the food was not fresh and the staff was lackluster. Disappointed

About Guasaca
The menu at Guasaca focuses on the star of Venezuelan cuisine: the arepa. At the fast, casual spot, cooks make the round cornmeal pockets from scratch, and stuff them with meats, veggies and sauces.
