The overall place is okay, it's cheap enough to get a massage, but the headrest when you're laying on your stomach is awful, they put a pillow when you're on your back. Overall it was relaxing, and I slept through most of it.
The chocolate and wine, as everyone pointed out, isn't fancy but it's okay.
Overall, I'd recommend it.
Great customer service, highly recommended just the building setup is a little uncomfortable there is no private rooms only curtains to separate the rooms, doesn’t feel private however, the people there work hard and they’re professionals worth every penny I paid for it.
The massage and facial were so relaxing. The staff was so accommodating, polite, and did a great job with their services. Definitely recommend this package for your next self-care day.
It was an interesting experience that would have been less confusing if they had explained the process of the massage/facial combo service. There were several massage tables (without the face hole) within the same room that we were instructed to lie on; some separated by a thin curtain. They were comfortable enough but you could feel a thick piece of plastic underneath the sheet. The massage started off fine, and without explanation, the facial had commenced. Once the mask was applied, it sounded like musical masseuse - some whispering amongst the therapists about what I'm guessing was, who they should massage next, what body part, etc., followed by gaps of time for "relaxation" (being left alone by yourself - without explanation). I probably would've been okay with musical masseuse if it had seemed more organized, but the confusion was apparent when the massage would abruptly start and stop after continuous questioning whispers. The service ended in the lobby area where we were treated to glasses of champagne, Ghirardelli chocolate squares, bagged chips, bananas and a face mask. This will probably be one of those once-in-a-lifetime experiences for me. Twice would be too much.
All I can say is this was wierd AF! It started off ok but then many different people kept coming in and out of the room. Three different people were massaging me at different times. A very strange feeling when you are laying there naked and vunrable. There was a lot of conversation going on around me as well. As far as the massage itself I don't think any of them were professionally trained.
