What makes your business stand out?
Although HousePro is an HVAC contractor, we do not believe in simply replacing one inefficient air-conditioning system with another. As home performance experts, we believe in examining the whole home as a system. By taking this whole-home approach, we are able to significantly reduce home energy use, lower overall energy costs, improve home comfort, and increase indoor air quality.
What inspired the owner to start this business?
The owner was amazed at the level of waste and inefficiency in the typical Houston home. After decades in the industry, he had noticed common problems such as air leakage, incorrect HVAC system size/design, leaky ductwork, and others that were wasting energy and driving Houston homeowner's energy costs up.

What’s your favorite part about your job?
Many homeowners love their houses, but are plagued with high energy bills, uneven room temperatures, humidity, poor indoor air quality, and many other issues. The best part of home-performance improvements is helping the homeowner fall back in love with their home by eliminating the issues that have always bothered them.
