About I Knead Your Body
Gayla Brown, the studio owner, is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Licensed Massage Therapist & a 200 Hour Certified Yoga Instructor. Her passion for helping others drove her to open her first studio space back in 2016. Since then, I Knead Your Body has continued to grow and now offers specialty fitness classes such as Trap Yoga, PiYo and New Body Boot Camp.
