Joseph was so great! He drove all of the way from the other location to allow my boyfriend and I to do the cryotherapy today, and he was very kind and informative before and during the cryotherapy session. I'm a big baby about cold being cold, but the session really wasn't too bad! I would definitely recommend coming here to any of my friends.

I brought this for my wife as a birthday gift (a surprise). She was a bit scared when we got there; however Joseph explained everything in detail. After it begin he talked her through the process. She was surprised, first by the chill, and then by the way she felt afterwards. Everything Joseph explained was happening. Her soreness was going, she felt more upbeat and more.
Thanks for a great experience we will be back.

MR. JOESPH is absolutely FANTASTIC- everything is explained in FULL detail making it NO way possible for an uneasy feel, from the moment you walk in the door generous staff caters to you.NOT even charged til after your service which shows me SERENITY is about it CUSTOMERS as oppose to just the money. Went back multiple times since FIRST experience.

Service was great, rep explained services and how the procedure would take place. I was nervous but when I entered the Cryo machine I was fine. I would definitely do it again. No more back pain for me.
