Three is precisely the number of forks you will need to enjoy a complete multi-course meal at III Forks, a modern twist on the classic steakhouse. For instance, you might begin your meal with a wedge salad, or an appetizer of seared scallops with housemade bacon jam. The main course centers, naturally, on a beautiful cut of meat—USDA Prime beef that ranges in size from an 8-ounce filet to a 32-ounce rib-eye, or fresh seafood. But you should most definitely save room for a sweet third course, such as Texas pecan cake or crème brûlée.
At the Palm Beach Gardens location, there are even more places to dine than there are courses in the meal. The spacious Palm Room is warmed by a stone fireplace and dark-wood accents. Here, guests can also sit in the semi-private Mayors Cove, a tufted booth set off by curtains. The Captains Room and the Legends of Golf Room offer quiet, private spaces for luncheons or special events, while a piano bar and outdoor patio create a more lively vibe. There's even a temperature controlled wine room that keeps whites cool and reds simmering.
