What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We have a wonderful selection of classes including but not limited to yoga, Zumba, Pilates, boot camps, and several core-sculpting classes! We also have free weights up to 130 pounds, and we allow dead lifting. [We also] have free parking and with 12,000 square feet there is plenty of space to train.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Our equipment is properly placed in sections to maximize and familiarize your workout schedule in order to maintain a proper routine a see maximum results.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
To inspire proper heath and fitness in the area.
What do you love most about your job?
I get to see people reach there goals every day!
Intoxx Fitness's trainers push groups of students to their limits in search of better fitness and stronger bodies during classes such as kickboxing, spinning, and Zumba. Though the gyms' schedules vary by location, each hosts classes for all skill levels seven days a week, both in the morning and evening. The gym floor includes a large free-weight and machine lifting area for ample opportunity to supplement in-class workouts with more targeted exercises, for which personal trainers can assist with tips, tricks, and advice on chatting up that single weight machine.
