Tony and guys are great! Knowledgeable, efficient, and charismatic. My service was excellent! They take great initiative and inform me on the details of the repair. I trust Jack's Muffler and Auto Repair, and I will definitely return for further auto service.

Great experience! I have an 07 Nissan, and it cost $33 for all, so once everything was done, I paid about $12 more for just the difference. ($25 Groupon credit) Fair.
Tony is fantastic. He's kind and he seems to care so it's worth supporting his shop. He was not pushy about the additional maintenance my car needs, and I laughed several times in my visit. (Some won't find that valuable- I do)

In 1965, the cars that Jack's Muffler and Auto Repair handled were much different than the cars of today. They were not only bigger, boxier, and more inclined to go uphill both ways in icy weather, but they were also the cars that gave the company its auspicious start. Fast forward to today, and Jack's remains in the exact same place and specializes in the same high degree of customer service. The work has changed a little to keep up with advancements in transmissions, brake technology, and smog requirements, but the ASE-certified technicians still aim to get customers safely back on the road in a jiffy through a slew of automotive repair services.
