The place was AWESOME!!!! Totally worth it, would 100% go again. BUT they need to get it together as a business for sure.
Online it said their hours were 11-8. We arrived at noon to the store and the sign on the door says their hours are 2-8. 😖 Okay… Well we’re already here so we ate lunch, dinked around in the mall until 2, which was annoying but whatever. 2 o’clock, place is still locked and dark. Called the phone number, guy says they are having issues and won’t be open until 3.
So we left, went back to our hotel to swim, and I called again to make sure they’d be open before we drove all the way there again, the guy said “Yeah we should be open….” I said “What does that mean? If I drive over there are you going to be open or not?” “Yep, we’ll be here.”
So we go, it’s finally open, and it’s great. About 6:30, kids are hungry so I ask the guy, if we leave to go to the food court can we come back in? (Place is supposed to be open till 8) he says yeah. We leave, eat, return about 20 mins later, and you guessed it, place is locked up and dark. At 7!! After I just asked him if we could come right back!?! 😡😡😡 Kids are upset, we’re very annoyed.
Overall it was a fun time, for the brief moments it was open, but a huge freaking headache. 😣
Showed up an hour before close and had the place to ourselves 😉
It’s a fun, exciting place where all the retro arcade & pinball machines of my youth are in one place. I love the idea of paying one price for admission and getting to play any game for free without shelling out money for machines or tokens.
We had a great time here! Was not crowded at all, staff was friendly, and we really liked looking around the Retro Zone shop next door. Awesome for kids and adults alike!
Always a fun time at King Cade, gives 1980s throwback vibes.
What a fun time!!! So much to do and the kids loved it! They even have a huge screen for a nintendo switch!! Will definitely be back!
Loved it. Great staff, fun games and check out the store. Going back for sure.
Nice place in theory but MOST of the games had some kind of error or glitch to them. They’re all authentic arcade games from the 80’s and 90’s but someone needs to put some work into getting them all into functioning condition.
