When I called this place before I go, they said I can go there for alignment and when I got there in 30 min they said they can not do it :) I told them why you guys told me to come if you don’t fix my car ! no answer ! and then after this bad situation they fixed ! when the repair was finished, they demanded an extra $25 fee, even I bought 4 wheel alignment :) it’s like a joke !

It was my first time going. I hate going to auto shops as a woman but they didn’t pressure me to get extra services. I was kept informed about the work I need but didn’t make me feel like I need to add anything besides what I came in for. I also got extra coupons at checkout.

Horrible experience. On top of Groupon they charged me about $25 extra for an oil change. Apparently their groupon oil change does not include filter or oil disposal. Did not put sticker indicating when I'm supposed to do the service again. Did not even reset the odometer to remove the maintenance required light. They guy put oil all over my steering wheels, stick and dash. Stay clear from them.

Jason was absolutely awesome!! I am not from Plano or Dallas but I am extremely comfortable with him and this shop therefore I will be waiting until I get to Plano to visit my friend to get work done on my car. He was direct and he was clear about what was needed. Before he did the oil change when I told him I purchased a groupon, he made sure I knew that there was only full synthetic so if I did not have that groupon he could not honor it. He was polite and gave amazing customer service. I can't wait to return to do my 90k services. If you don't live near this particular one it is certainly worth driving to this particular one.
