What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
My approach to fitness is unique. I like to use a combination of bodyweight exercises along with unconventional tools such as sandbags, battle ropes, tires, kettlebells, and TRX straps to help achieve optimal functional fitness to help power you through whatever obstacles life throws at you!
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
I have a very keen sense as to how and when to push each of my clients. Every body is different. Some need a push, some don’t. I’m not a big screamer and not the drill instructor type. I will, however, motivate you when I see you could be doing more and pushing yourself harder. Effort = success.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I’ve always loved playing sports, working out, and staying in shape. Over the years I would always get asked for advice and tips, so I just naturally started helping others and programming their workouts. Today it is my passion to help others achieve healthy lifestyles.
What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about my job is that it’s not really a job at all. It’s a lifestyle. I love helping others not only reach their goals, but crush them and push themselves beyond where they ever thought they could go.
